Lovely to have Father Canning call today and visit our children and staff at this morning’s assembly.
Whilst Father is a Derry man, Tyrone people look after their own and I’ve no doubt that the people of Drumquin will look after Father Canning the way the Parishioners of Sion Mills have.
On behalf of the Board of Governors of St Theresa’s and the whole school community, we wish Father Canning every blessing in the future and huge felt thanks for all he has done for St Theresa’s.
Leo and Leah proudly presented Father a gift from the school with Shaun and Eimer showcasing a beautiful card made by Mr McNulty’s class. Michael Kennedy presented Father also a gift from St Theresa’s Board of Governors.
A lovely morning enjoyed by all.
