Best Wishes to our Peacekeepers
Today we were proud to welcome two special visitors - our past pupils Alisha and Adrian.
This month we are acknowledging the values of KINDNESS
No better way to do it than through the beautiful assembly hosted by Mr Coyle, Brenda and Primary 7. Their assembly today recognised the important role that Alisha, Adrian and their fellow colleagues will play when they arrive in Lebanon at the start of next week. Alisha and Adrian are part of the Irish army and will go there in their role as peace keepers. Primary 7 did an amazing job telling the rest of the school about it and we wanted to wish them both safe travels and best wishes in the weeks and months ahead in Lebannon.
Adrian’s niece and nephew, James and Sarah, presented Alisha and Adrian both with flowers and a St Christopher medal, and we have no doubt their families, friends and us a school community are very proud of the important role they are carrying out to bring peace to Lebannon.
Thank you Alisha and Adrian for taking the time to visit us. It’s muchly appreciated. Take care and we will see you both soon again.
