In St Theresa’s we want to promote a child led curriculum and today was the perfect example.
Mr Coyle found a frog on the bounce outside today and brought it in to show the children in P3/4.
Instantly the children were enthused by what they were seeing. This spurred the children on to learn more about frogs, Amphibians and life cycles and they were becoming the teachers as they had all the knowledge and wanted to share it with everyone
My teacher plans went out the window as all the pupils walked out at dinner time knowing more about Frogs.
