Yesterday was National Nursing and Midwifery Support Worker Day and Miss Duffy’s class were eager to learn more about this area.
Continuing with their theme of People Who Help Us, they invited Una Patton (Jos’s Mum) in to tell the about her role as a Maternity Support Worker.
Una was really impressed with the intelligent questions the boys and girls asked her. They learnt so mum about how to help with a new born baby and how to hold them safely and support their neck and head.
