Spoooky Halloweeeen!
Today our children in St Theresa’s shone again not only in a scary way but also in an academic way.
We started our Friday assembly off with our spooky stars of the week. Double Bubble, this gang is never in trouble! Well done kids!
Next we had our Halloween parade for pupils and staff. Mr McNulty was getting an awful fright. How cool are their costumes?
To round off assembly , we presented our Mathletics certificates for September and October. What magical mathematicians we have. Not only were they shining with their gold, silver and bronze certificates but this week Primary 5 were ranked 36th in Uk, Primary 6 were ranked 11th and Primary 7 were ranked 15th. We can compete against the best and a big shout out to Eoghan in Primary 7 who was ranked 82nd yesterday in the Uk. How scarily good are our children!
Finally, take a look at More Halloween St Theresa’s Fun in the classrooms.
From lots of fun in baking, composing spooky spells, creating blood stained Halloween art to writing spooky Halloween stories about the Hairy Scary Castle that led off from a song in Musical Pathways.
What spooky fun!
