Everyone at St Theresa’s PS is delighted that our wee rural school was awarded “Highly Commended” in the Primary Schools Section at the ICT Excellence Awards in the Merchant Hotel in Belfast on Thursday 23rd March 2023.

We are very proud of this achievement, considering we were up against larger schools in Northern Ireland, and the high standards that were recognised by the judges when they visited us in January. We would like to thank Mr Coyle for inspiring our staff, pupils, parents and community in the effective and innovative use of ICT over the last 5 years and as a school we have come on some journey!

The school team, pupils and community members that met the judges spoke so passionately about our journey and the vision St Theresa's has in enhancing the teaching, learning and experiences of our pupils. This was clearly evident and recognised by the judges and their observations have been noted and highlighted in the ICT Excellence Awards Summary Report 2023. Take a read on Pages 25-27!  

It was a wonderful evening to mark the hard work and efforts of our school community!
